My Slimbridge WWT Sightings today

The birds included:
                                                                 Male sparrowhawk
                                                                             Curlew
                                                     Black tailed godwit in winter plumage

                                                                       Wigeon
                                                             Little grebe in winter plumage
                                                          Lapwings and a few golden plover
                                                      Great crested grebe in winter plumage
                                    Herring gull in winter plumage behind black headed gull
                                           Cormarant at south lake with a m+ f shovelers
                                                                      Common gull
4 cormarants, 1 grey heron, 1 morhen, 
3 greylag geese and a herring gull

  • 1 male sparrowhawk

  • 6 blue tits

  • 6 cormarant- 1 at South lake, 4 at the rushy and 1 flew over the Knott hide
  • 1 little grebe- at the Tack piece

  • 40+ pintail- Rushy
  • 40+ pochard- Rushy
  • 40+ morhens
  • 100+ mallards

  • 17 black tailed godwits

  • 200+ jackdaws

  • 300+ black headed gulls
